How to make fresh fruit freezer pops.
Directions
Take one cup of fresh fruit and one cup of yogurt (your choice) and puree in the blender. This will make two freezer pops. Once well blended, you can add diced fruit to the blended combination also.
These take about 3 hours to freeze when placed in the back of the freezer. You can freeze the mixture in freezer pop molds or small cups with popsicle sticks.
