Healthy Pumpkin Chai Latte
Fall is here, and with the season of brightly colored leaves comes the need to consume everything pumpkin! Pumpkin scones, pumpkin muffins, and of course the delicious pumpkin spice lattes! The problem with all these delicious fall treats is that they are loaded with hidden sugars and fats. A Grande pumpkin spice latte at Starbucks (made with 2% milk and whip cream on top), contains 380 calories, 50g of sugar, and 14g of total fat! Although it may taste amazing, you will be feeling the junk-food blues.
Instead of spending your cheat day with a high-fat, high-sugar latte, we recommend making your own healthy version. We love the homemade Healthy Pumpkin Chai Latte! You can satisfy those fall cravings and not worry about the ingredients within it. This homemade latte uses natural sweeteners, a mixture of spices, and a lower fat percentage of milk! It even saves you the time you’d spend standing in the Starbucks line! Read and taste this amazing and just-as-good homemade healthy Pumpkin Chai Latte.
