Heart and Stroke Foundation
For over 60 years, the Heart and Stroke Foundation has been working hard to fight heart disease and stroke. This is one of the most impactful Canadian charities striving to improve the lives of Canadians by offering them the encouragement and assistance they need. The Heart and Stroke Foundation primarily assists by supporting those who have experienced a heart-related incident or stroke. Their team is constantly working to provide these individuals with the resources they need. Additionally, the organization is creating public awareness of these problems and hosts events throughout the year to raise funds to go towards heart-saving research.

Every child deserves to have access to health, and that is exactly what SickKids believes in. They want to ensure that kids around the world are getting access to the medical assistance they require. What began as ‘The Hospital for Sick Children’ in 1875 has turned into something much greater. This organization is taking initiative to collect donations to be put directly towards breakthrough research, partnering for better care, and improving the campus of the SickKids facility located in Ontario. Currently, the organization is increasing their reach and extending their “excellent standards of care” to more children around the world.
